OKO-aquaclean - Innovative Technology for Wastewater Treatment

The system

OKO-aquaclean are very compact waste water treatment plants for treating mainly organically contaminated waste waters. The complete plant is housed in a steel case. The control cabinet and the operator panel are mounted at the front side, where they are protected from splash water. All water-carrying parts consist of corrosion-resistant stainless steel. The following processes can be integrated user-specifically.

Process/Process combinations:

• Decantation
• Dissolved-air flotation
• Precipitation with organics demulsifiers
• Stabilisation of the flocs with polymers
• Removal of the floating substances via a skimmer

Control System:
Fully automated control system incl. corresponding sensors

Chemicals:
Organic demulsifiers – small quantities to be added

Floating substances separated:
Recyclable – no forming of thin sludge to be disposed off
